Each lamella is kiln-dried to precise moisture content (12% ±2%), graded for structural integrity, and bonded using industrial-grade phenolic adhesives specifically formulated for exterior exposure. The result is a homogeneous structural element that combines Larch's natural resin content and rot resistance with the dimensional stability and crack resistance of engineered timber.
Manufactured to EN 14080 standards for structural glued laminated timber, every beam undergoes rigorous quality control including visual grading, moisture content verification, and adhesive bond testing. The high resin content inherent to Larch provides natural protection against moisture ingress and fungal attack, while the laminated construction eliminates the checking and warping common in solid Larch timbers. This makes Larch BSH the optimal choice for exposed structural elements, exterior columns, pergolas, bridges, and architectural features where long-term durability without maintenance is essential.

All Larch glued laminated timber is carefully wrapped in protective moisture-barrier film to prevent water ingress during transport and storage. Beams are secured on heavy-duty pallets or custom crates depending on dimensions, with protective edge guards and end caps. For lengths exceeding 8 meters, we utilize specialized oversized packaging with reinforced strapping and intermediate supports to prevent deflection during transit. Each package is clearly labeled with product specifications, moisture content, and handling instructions.
We coordinate professional logistics across Europe through our network of specialized timber transport partners experienced in handling long-length engineered timber. Standard delivery includes flatbed truck transport with crane-assisted unloading for heavy or long elements. For projects requiring precise delivery timing or complex site logistics (narrow urban access, crane coordination, phased deliveries), our logistics team provides full project management support. We offer just-in-time delivery coordination for construction schedules and can arrange weather-protected storage at regional distribution centers if needed.
Minimum order: One full truck load (approximately 15-20m³ depending on beam dimensions) for optimal freight economics. Smaller quantities available with consolidated shipping surcharge.
