- **PM70 — Premium Family Chalet**: 70 sq m net living area (54 sq m ground floor + 16 sq m mezzanine), 2 bedrooms plus mezzanine, designed for 4-6 guests. Pricing available on request. 2-truck delivery (structural kit ~22.31 t + finish kit ~4.83 t). Ideal for family use, premium rental, and resort/glamping flagship units.

Both models ship as a labelled, sequenced flat-pack component system (foundation interface, floor frame, log walls, roof structure and envelope, windows and doors, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, interior, terrace and accessories) for efficient site assembly.
